of so many things
That I LOVE
And only a few things that I don't.
My Friday was full of spongy injera
I used to scoop up lentils, greens, and potatoes
At my favorite Ethiopian restaurant.
My Saturday was full of stretching and strengthening
Of kitchen cleaning and bathroom mopping,
Of bread baking and brunch eating
Of paper grading and comment writing
And lots of coffee drinking!
My night was full of the sad stories of
Gaza and Ferguson, Missouri,
And of an enormous bowl of Pho
That I slurped all the way up.
Sunday might rhyme with fun day
But it's often a workday for me,
It was full of a big birthday breakfast
With a favorite friend
Then more grading
And meetings and groceries and,
"How do I put air in this tire?"

I went to Gulfport Waterpark on Saturday. It was my cousin's birthday. She made 6 years old. Her cake was wonderful. It was a Lala Loopsey cake. I ate soooooooooooo much food at Golden Coral restaurant. When I say a lot of food I mean a lot of food
ReplyDeleteFriday I celebrated my grandpa birthday. He turned 64. Saturday I enjoyed watching my sister at gymnastics practice. I like watching her flip around. I went to the mall to get dipp n dots ice cream. The birthday cake flavor is my sister and I favorite flavor. Its really yummy. Then we ate at Golden Coral restaurant. There were all kinds of food. We had gumbo, salad, pizza, hot wings, steak, cotton candy and drinks. We were sooo full when we left and I slept great Saturday night because my tummy was full. I went with my dad and sister to Chuckie E. Cheese on Sunday. We ate lots of pizza and played soooooooo many games. Then we went to the movies to see Ninja Turtles. It was awesome!

ReplyDeleteOver the weekend,I played with my brother.We played tag,hide and seek and thats it.Over the weekend I went to my moms school and decorate her classroom.My mom is a high school teacher.She teaches at Inter Natoinal High School.I went to dance class we have alot of steps.

ReplyDeleteI woke up in the morning and saw the sun.I had breakfast and had some fun.l went to dance practice.We were dancing Sunday morning so we worked hard.After dance practice I got Wendy's.I got a kids meal cheese burger with root beer.Then I went home and watch tv.I watched My Little Pony, and Little Pet Shop.After I played with my toys until night.I took a shower and put on my pajamas.When I got my Jamie's on l kissed my parents good night and set off to bed.I sle
ReplyDeleteI went to Walmart with my mom and dad to buy food and also candy.I walked on the levy with my mom and dad we saw boats, and people on the back of them.I heard a dog bark.I went to the snack machine, and brought some cookies they were very soft.I went by my grandma house with my mom to bring her something.I watched Jessie on T.V. by myself ,and it was funny.I ate shrimp frie rice that my mom made it tasted just like the Chinese restraunt.
